Chicken, potatoes, and green beans

Tonight for dinner my mother made Chicken, Potatoes, and Green Beans with Meat Rub Lemongrass & Oolong seasoning (purchase: USA)
  • To start mom mixed a bit of the L&O seasoning in 1/4 cup flour
  • Next flatten with a mallet then floured two chicken breasts
  • Dice potatoes into bite size chunks, toss with a bit of oil, L&O seasoning and pepper, put in oven at 350F until fork tender
  • In a pan heat 1 Tablespoon butter and 1 Tablespoon oil with a touch of pepper and L&O seasoning
  • Brown the chicken on both sides and set aside
  • Mix in the remainder of the flour, slowly, whisking it into the pan with another tablespoon of butter and some chicken broth until it makes a thick sauce, add the chicken back in on medium low
  • Heat a tablespoon of butter in a different pan, toast almonds, mix in french cut green beans, add pepper and L&O seasoning, cook until heated through
Serve!
