Darjeeling Giddephar - black tea from Lochan Tea


It’s a beautiful full-flavoured Darjeeling from the Giddephar estate. The second flush of 2013 is rich in taste and has a smooth, long-lasting aftertaste with typical Darjeeling suggestions of oolong.

Preparation  Use 1 tsp. (2g) / cup (8oz) in boiling water (212°F) and steep for 2-4 minutes.

Dragon Well  Pre-Qing Ming 2014  - green tea from teas etc

Easily recognized by the hand-flattened, yellow-green leaves and distinct fragrance this spectacular tea is mellow yet flavorful with an almost sweet finish.

Preparation  Use 1.5 tsp. (3g) / cup (8oz) in boiling water cooled 3 minutes (165°F)

and steep for 1-2 minutes.

Lord Petersham - black tea from The Devotea Core Collection

A complex blend of teas named after the Edwardian Lord who had a different tea canister and tea for every day of the year. Breakfast tea for late risers.

Preparation  Use 1 tsp. (2g) / cup (8oz) in boiling water (212°F) and steep for 2-3 minutes.

Elder Flower & Marshmallow - tisane from The Devotea USA

A fun floral evening tea. “Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!“ Monty Python

Preparation Steep 2 tsp (4g) per cup (8oz) of water at 212°F for 5+ minutes.
