Doke Diamond Green - green tea from Lochan Tea


A green tea with plenty of flavour. Different to Chinese green teas in mouthfeel and aroma. Has a slight hint of sour cherry, but with a real freshness. This tea offers a real sense of occasion.


Preparation: Steep 1.5 tsp (3g) per cup of boiling water that has cooled for 2 minutes (175°F) for 3 minutes


White Tea Concoction Lemongrass & Ginger - Core Collection from The Devotea


A lively addition to our White Tea Concoctions range, this is a great flavor hit. Plenty of ginger as both chunks and powder, really smooth but with a little kick. Tastes like ginger, mellowed out by lemon


Preparation: 1.5 tsp (3g) of tea per cup of water boiled then cooled one minute (170-180F) steep for 3 minutes


Shui Xian - oolong tea from Teas Etc.


This delicious dark oolong has warm, woody tones with a hint of chocolate and fruit. A smooth, well balanced tea that is organically grown and processed in the lovely Wuyi Mountains in China's Fujian Province.


Preparation: 1.5 tsp (3g) of tea per cup of water that has started bubbling but not boiling (185-195F)

steep for 2-5 minutes. Add 30 seconds for each resteep.


Chai Rooibos - tisane from Elmwood Inn


A combination of the most popular herbal drink in South Africa with the most popular blend of spices from India. Includes ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and coriander.  Brew seven minutes and add a bit of sugar and milk if you want the full chai experience.


Preparation: 2 tsp (4g) of tea per cup of boiling water(212F) steep for 5-10 minutes.
