Mokabari East Assam - black tea from Lochan Tea

A rich 2nd flush Assam black tea you will want to drink everyday.Rich and full flavored, this is a tea that is great whether you like milk, sugar, or your tea without any additives.

Preparation:  Use 1 tsp. (2g) / cup (8oz) in boiling water (212°F) and steep for 2-4 minutes.

Finbarr’s Revenge - Core Collection black tea from The Devotea

A full strength Irish Breakfast for a strong start to the day. Full of tannins and best with milk and sugar. A traditional blend of Indian and Ceylon black teas. Strong, uncomplicated black tea flavor

Preparation:  Use 1 tsp. (2g) / cup (8oz) in boiling water (212°F) and steep for 2-4 minutes.

Grey Dragon - Indonesian tea from Chariteas

Tender leaf buds are plucked, dried, and rolled to produce a tea with a wonderful floral note and unique tea that is stronger than a white tea but not as strong as a Chinese oolong.

Preparation: 1.5 tsp (3g) of tea per cup of boiling water cooled 1 minute (170-180F)

steep for 2-3 minutes.

Honeybush - tisane from Teas Etc.

Honeybush has a honey, nectar-like aroma with a balanced, natural flavor. Sweeter than its close cousin Rooibos, Honeybush is great hot or iced and is refreshingly simple.

Preparation: Steep 2 tsp (4g) for 4-6 minutes in 1 cup of boiling water 212°F
