Meat Rub – Lemongrass & Oolong
Add a touch of spice and tea to roasted and grilled food with this aromatic rub.
Sprinkle on vegetables or rub 2-3 tsp. on to each 1 lb. of meat. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then grill or cook as usual.
Food Pairing: Flavor Asian dishes, sprinkle into Indian, Afghan etc, Rub onto chicken
