Meat Rub – Rosemary & Gunpowder

Add a touch of spice and tea to roasted and grilled food with this aromatic rub.

Sprinkle on vegetables or rub 2-3 tsp. on to each 1 lb. of meat. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then grill or cook as usual.

Food Pairing: Add to batter for fish & chips, great on the chips as well. Also fantastic with chicken and lamb.

Ingredients: salt, green tea, rosemary
